- Help shape our Korean publishing plans
- Create effective communication lines between OUP Korea and our Oxford/
  New York publishing teams as well as between OUP and Korean partners and
  customers
- Content edit material to ensure it really works for teachers and students in
  Korea
- Project manage the development of market-specific course components
- Manage freelance staff
- Research and monitor the Korean ELT market

- Basic working hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00
- Occasional weekend work; some domestic and international business trips

- Fully bilingual (Korean and English) or native Korean with advanced level   English
- Editorial experience within  an ELT publishing company
  (secondary sector experience an advantage)
- Knowledge of Korean ELT scene (sectors, publishers, titles, technology,
  trends, politics)
- Knowledge of Korean teacher/student/parent ELT  needs, desires, challenges
- Project management experience - scheduling and workflows, freelance
  management
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and excellent communication skills
- Able to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Computer literate and quick with new software
- Teaching experience an advantage
