Speaker : Ritsuko Nakata Clare Hambly |
|
|
Ritsuko Nakata, a native of Califonia, graduated from UCLA and did post graduate studies at Columbia University Teacher's College. Now living in Japan, she is the president of the IIEEC Teacher Training Center and has been training teachers for many years in the popular MAT METHOD which enables students to speak at least 80% of class time. She is co-author of the Let's Go series(Oxford University Press) and is active in promoting the English education of children in Asia.
Clare Hambly is an ELT Consultant for Oxford University Press Korea. A qualified school teacher, and formerly the Young Learner coordinator at Korea University, she is currently completing her masters degree in Applied Linguistics, with a focus on English for Young Learners and cross-cultural pragmatics. |
