Heather Fisher, a certified public school teacher from Canada, served as an ELT Consultant for Oxford University Press Korea. She has developed teacher training programs and provided quality teacher training programs for both Korean and foreign teachers working in Korea. She has shown tremendous dedication to both teaching and teacher training by developing two comprehensive Online TESOL Programs. She holds an M.Ed in Language/Reading Education from the University of British Columbia and has over 15 years experience teaching English as both a first and second language in Canada and Korea.
